I just wanted to share how beautiful this great vegan potato bowl was that I had over the weekend. I got this at Cinnamon Tree Cafe, located in Port Orange, Florida. Their vegan potato bowl is very big! It's really enough for two people to share if people are not huge eaters.

The vegan potato bowl had potatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and greens. It's seriously so good! I topped it with a little ketchup, but you can do without if you prefer.

I think this would be a dish you can easily make at home. It makes for a nice vegan breakfast or brunch.
