Recipe: Vegan Loaded Tots

Vega-loaded-tots

Over the weekend, I attended the Orlando Veg Fest. I saw a food truck there that was selling loaded tots. I had already tried food from other places, so I wasn't hungry enough to put in an order. But it did inspire me to make them at home!

Making vegan loaded tots is easy, quick, and the whole family liked the dish. I will make this dish again for sure! I served it up for dinner and it made for a good meal.

Vegan Loaded Tots Recipe

What you need (serves four):

bag of frozen vegan tater tots
shredded lettuce
diced tomato
diced onion
diced  jalapeños
can of black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
vegan cheese sauce

What to do:
Cook the tater tots according to the package. Meanwhile, dice up your veggies so they are ready, and make your cheese sauce. Once the tater tots are done cooking you will be ready to put it all together. Put the tater tots on the plate, and then add all of your toppings. You can use additional ones as well. This is what I chose to put on it. Serve it up. Yum!

Vegan loaded tots are great!
