You don't need to eat a lot of these fermented foods at once to gain a lot of benefits. I heard one doctor say that just one fork full has a trillion good bacteria. I haven't been able to confirm that online, but I like it! You only need to eat 1-2 fork fulls per day to get lots of good bacteria from these foods. Plus, the container will last for weeks, so you don't have to be in a hurry to eat it once it's opened. These all contain living probiotics, which is why they are sold in the cold department. Don't heat them up, or you will destroy the beneficial bacteria. Just eat them cold so you get the benefits.
I really liked the Kraut fermented foods, and so did my daughter. They are all really good. They have a nice flavor, and with the Kraut ones they have a thick cut to the cabbage. The Kimchi is tasty, too!
I also bought the Seoul brand kimchi below. It's very spicy, but I love it! Considering I'm only eating a little at a time, I can handle how spicy it is. And I find myself craving it!
You can't go wrong with buying either of these brands of Kraut or kimchi!
