Review: No Butcher in Las Vegas

Last week, while in Las Vegas, we wanted to try the restaurant called No Butcher. We stopped by there for a lunch to check it out!

My one big disappointment with No Butcher is that they were still closed to allowing dining in. Not only that, but the front door was locked, so you can't even walk in. You can only order through the drive-through. This is one year after the pandemic started, and in that state at the time restaurants can be at 50% capacity for dine in, so they just chose to not open it. Okay, I was bummed about that, but still wanted to try the place, so we went through the drive through and then sat and juggled the food on our laps in the rental car.

We ordered one of the Italian cold cut sandwiches, a reuben, and one of the no-rib sandwiches. Everyone had a sandwich, plus we bought the one extra to split, because we wanted to try so many different kinds. We also got some potato salad with it, and they threw in some free cookies for dessert.

At No Butcher, everything is vegan, so it's pretty cool that you can get some vegan deli sandwiches and deli items like potato salad. I really love the concept. I tried some of all three sandwiches and thought they were all good. I really loved the Italian cold cut combo sandwich though, it was so good! Each one comes on special types of bread, too. The potato salad was also really good. We saved the cookies for later, because we were so full, but they were good as well.

If you will be in Las Vegas, I highly recommend stopping by No Butcher. They have a nice selection of vegan deli sandwiches to choose from, as well as deli sides, such as potato salad and coleslaw. Two thumbs up for No Butcher vegan deli!
