One of my favorite snacks is a small bowl of cauliflower and grapes together. It takes me minutes to wash it up so that it's ready to eat. I call this my "crunchy and sweetie" snack, which my kids find funny. But it really is. I like the crunch that I get from the cauliflower and then in the next bite I get a burst of sweet from the grape. I go back and forth with each bite so that I get a crunchy and a sweetie.
Cauliflower and grapes are really healthy, too! I shared before about how cauliflower helps to fight cancer cells, but here's another study suggesting the same thing. Grapes are loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients.
