Review: Maple Restaurant at Amicalola Falls State Park

I'm an avid hiker, so on a vacation to the Blue Ridge, Georgia area we had lunch at the Maple Restaurant once we were done hiking up to the falls. The Maple Restaurant is located within the Amicalola Falls State Park and offers an amazing view of the mountains while you are dining.

We had a wonderful table to sit at, facing the windows, which gives sweeping views of the mountains. Three of us ordered the power bowl, which has quinoa, chickpeas, tofu, and veggies. It was really good! It was a good size bowl and replenished all the energy we had used climbing the 600 strenuous steps to see the falls. The dish is Buddha bowl and is delicious. We all loved it! My daughter ordered a salad and had them add tofu to it. She liked the salad as well.

If you are hiking in this park and looking for a great vegan lunch, be sure to stop in at the Maple Restaurant. The power bowl is vegan and is really good, and the view can't be beat!
