I received a review copy of the book called "Going Vegan: Your Daily Planner" by Michelle Neff. The book is a great book for those who are looking to make the transition and want a way to hold themselves accountable, as well as get tips and advice along the way.
This vegan planning guide offers meal plans, recipes, and nutritional advice throughout. Plus, you have an area to write down what you ate each day, jot down thoughts for the day, and get a snapshot of your vegan plate for that day. There are a lot of recipes in the book that sound good. This vegan planner covers 12 weeks, which will give you a solid foundation in making the transition.
I come across many people who want to make the switch, but are not unsure how to do it. This book will serve as a great guide for those who want an in-depth approach to making the transition and increasing their success rate. My only complaint about the book is that it would have been much easier to write in if it were a spiral bound book, rather than it being traditionally bound. Other than that, two thumbs up!
