My son loves to eat this for breakfast! I also at times make small dishes of it to serve with our dinner. I buy a big tub of vegan vanilla yogurt, then put some in the dish. Top it with fresh berries. I use whatever I have on hand, including blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc. Then I top it with a little granola. Yum!
This is a really easy vegan yogurt breakfast or lunch. You can pack this for them to take to school, or you can pack it for you to take to work. Yum!
