Tonight, we made the Field Roast Celebration Roast for dinner. This was not the first time we have had it, but we have only bought it a few times before. I recently saw it on sale at the grocery store, so I decided to pick one up. We served it up with mashed potatoes and gravy, and cream style corn. The celebration roast can be eaten cold or warm, and for this particular meal it is better served warm. It was easy enough to heat it up in the oven while the rest of the food was being prepared.
This makes for a great dinner! I tend to think that all of the Field Roast products are a bit dense, but the taste was still good. My husband and son really liked this a lot. They liked it more than me and my daughter. We both like it, but it's not our favorite vegan roast that we've had. It's still worth making a part of your meal rotation once in a while!
