Roasting Brussels Sprouts Recipe
What you need:
Brussels sprouts, washed, end trimmed, and cut in half lengthwise
a tablespoon of olive oil
Dash of salt
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and add the olive oil and salt. Mix it together. Put them on a baking sheet, spread out (as pictured above). Put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring them halfway through. Near the end of the time keep an eye on them so they don't burn. If they start to get too dark take them out. Don't worry if you have pieces of the sprout that fall off. Try them, they are great roasted! They get crispy and are a delicious treat. Enjoy!
