If you have read my blog before you know I'm a fan of Ethos Vegan Kitchen, located in Orlando (Winter Park). I have my favorite dishes (especially the chickun marsala), but on this last trip I opted to try something new. I got the vegan BBQ Chickun Plate... it had vegan chickun smothered in homemade BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed collard greens, and coleslaw.
Yum! I loved every bite of it! The homemade BBQ sauce was lovely... just perfect! The mashed potatoes and closelaw was great, and I loved the steamed collard greens. Two thumbs way up for this dish. It's goin to make it even harder for me to decide what to get the next time I stop in!
