Just had to share my son's vegan hockey cake he had for his 7th birthday party. He loves hockey and asked that he have a hockey cake. I bought the Tampa Bay Lightning cake toppers off of eBay. My friend does great vegan baking and she made the cake. What an awesome vegan hockey cake! He absolutely loved it!
