Here are the three vegan dips that I made today to take to a vegan potluck. I also took some organic tortilla chips to go with it. There is homemade vegan queso, salsa, and guacamole (see recipe).
The vegan queso recipe is super easy. It literally takes minutes to make and it tastes great! I used the recipe from The Vegan Table, by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau. The salsa recipe is from Robin Robertson's book called Vegan on the Cheap, by my favorite cookbook author, Robin Robertson. All three dips were easy to make and tasted great!
