Today I whipped up a quick kale smoothie for breakfast. It tasted really good and I like that it is packed with nutrition. You can pretty much use what you have on hand, such as kale, spinach, various fruits, etc.
Here's what I put in mine this morning:
a bunch of kale
ground flax seed
vanilla almond milk
I just blended it all together and it was ready to go! Yum! No recipe, no measuring, just eyeballing all the ingredients to put in what sounded good.
