Review "Student's Vegetarian Cookbook for Dummies"
I will admit it, I'm a fan of the "Dummies" series of books. They may seem like they are for dummies, but
really they are just a series of books that do a great job of breaking down information on a topic. I haven't come across one yet that I didn't like.
"Student's Vegetarian Cookbook for Dummies" by Connie Sarros is no different! I liked this book immediately. I love everythign from the comfortable size of it to the fact that it gives students an easy way to eat vegetarian with a variety of meals that take about 20 minutes. There are 100 recipes in the book that are easy enough for them to prepare and healthy enough for parents to feel comfortable as well.
There are dishes that every student would like to try, like nachos, tacos, pizza rolls, and soup! If you have a kid who is ready to start flexing their vegetarian muscle in the kitchen, or a kid in college, this is a great book for them! They will find plenty of great sounding recipes that they can easily hone their culinary skills with.
