Cataract Risk Lowest in Vegetarians and Vegans

A new study has come out from the National Institutes of Health that offers one more reason why vegetarian and vegan diets are just better for you!

The study was conducted to see if there was a correlation between diet and cataract risk. What researchers found is that those who ate the least animal products had the lowest risks. Vegetarians and vegans had the lowest risk of getting cataracts.

I knew that we just saw the world differently! :)
