I'm back! I've been on vacation for the past week and a half. I have been
traveling, visiting family, etc. I have dining adventures to share, reviews to write, and random thoughts to compose. Over the next week my blog posts will be consisting of these various topics from my vacation.

Also, while on vacation my one year anniversary for this blog passed! That's right, I have had the blog for over a year now.

Over the last year I have written 358 blog posts. I knew when I started it that I had a lot to say on the topic (which is why I started it), so I am not surprised.

I have many more posts to write... thank you for reading my blog. I look forward to the next year as well.
