Eating Healthier in 2010 - The Vegetarian Way!

Many people start out the new year looking for ways to cut calories and eatWorkout
healthier. The good news is that vegetarian and vegan foods are usually lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than their meat counterparts. And they also come with a healthy dose of fiber, something meat is devoid of (and that your body badly needs).

There are many meat alternatives available at regular grocery stores. Find them in the freezer section, as well as the produce department (you know healthy food is found there!). Give them a try! Sample several kinds until you find some you like.

I know I comment here all the time, but I really like your analysis of the three products. I am going to share this with my two friends who recently has WLS. They are struggling to find protein sources that are low in fat. Thank you very much!
