Dominex Eggplant Veggie Fries Review

I've always been a big fan of eggplant. I love it as a spread, made into a sandwich, or just served as vegan eggplant parmesan. I will try it prepared just about any way!

I have bought some of the Dominex eggplant products before and liked them. This week I came across their vegan veggie fries, which are battered eggplant fries.

I made and served them alongside a veggie burger, peas and some fruit. My whole family loved them! The kids lapped them up and asked for more.

Two thumbs up for the Dominex veggie fries made of eggplant. If you haven't tried them, they are found in the freezer section. You can check out their site here to see where they are sold near you. I will definetly buy them again.

Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville - Vegan Burger

I'll admit it, I like a lot of theme restaurants. One that I really think is cool is Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville.  
Granted there is some fishing things there that I could do without, but the whole theme of the restaurant is based on the beach (and I'm a big beach fan).

So this week for my husband's birthday he chose to go to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville in Orlando (located at the Universal City Walk). We have eaten at that location several times before. We have also eaten at the location in Grand Turk (Turks & Caicos in the Caribbean). It's a fun restaurant and we have eaten there several times before.

At Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville they offer a vegan Boca burger. It says right on the menu that it is a vegan burger. It comes with fries and a huge tasty pickle. The food was good and the atmosphere is fun.

Tofurky Pizza Review - Vegan Frozen Pizza

This week for the first time I tried a Tofurky pizza. They are frozen pizzas, just like the traditional ones, 
only it is all vegan!

I love the fact that this is even available. I have longed for a good vegan frozen pizza for years. The Amy's one is good, but I wanted more options, and Tofurky has now provided them!

The pizza was great! Both my husband and I really liked it. We had the Italian sausage and fire roasted veggie pizza. Great pizza!
