Looking for a healthy and quick vegan snack that is also tasty? Simply take a can of organic chickpeas, drain and rinse, then toss in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil. Lay them out on a baking sheet, sprinkle with a little salt and then bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
After they are completely cool, enjoy! They are great... kind of like eating nuts.
