VegBlogger.com is a vegetarian / vegan blog, dedicated to providing information, news and thoughts on topics ranging from vegetarian and veganism, to animal rights and green living.
I'm Jacqueline, and I'm VegBlogger. I'm a writer who is passionate about vegetarianism, humane living, and environmentalism.
I have been an ethical vegetarian since 1995. My husband is also an ethical vegetarian, and together we are raising two vegetarian children (read my post on choosing a label here). I'm a Michigan native, who is now living in the Daytona Beach, Fla. area, after spending almost a decade living in Las Vegas.
I have a Master of Professional Writing degree from Chatham University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science Studies (focusing on psychology, political science and history), from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. By merging my two passions, vegetarianism and writing, I have created a way to express my thoughts, share information, and try to reach out to others.
My mission with this blog is to inform, inspire, and combat apathy, regarding
vegetarianism, humane living and environmentalism. I'm a treehugger, and lover of: nature, animals, tea, the beach, sunshine, hiking, reading, writing, seashells, and life-long learning.
