Looking for a healthy sandwich for lunch? Try my Veggie Grand Slam, which is one of my favorites! It's not only filling, but it's easy to make and loaded with healthy nutrients. Your body will thank you for eating a sandwich like this!
To make the Veggie Grand Slam, I start by toasting two pieces of organic whole wheat bread. Then using one of the slices, add the following:
half of an avocado (scoop out half of an avocado and spread it on the bread)
Then top with the other piece of bread and cut the sandwich in half. You now have a great sandwich. You will find yourself wanting to make them often. This sandwich hits a homerun every time. Enjoy!
